To add a new One treatment is not enough. A treatment program ranges from a few days to weeks , in some cases longer. Your physiotherapist will determine how many sessions are needed. A treatment is typically 30 mins - 45 mins.

You do not need a referral from your doctor as physiotherapists are primary health care providers. However, some insurance companies do require a referral from your doctor in for you to be reimbursed for your physio sessions. Our friendly front desk team are excellent at helping with your reimbursement requirements.

The amount of treatment it takes to resolve an issue depends on the type of injury. Initial appointments are 1 hour in length and would include a thorough examination and treatment. Follow up appointments are 30 mins. After your initial appointment Our Physio will explain your diagnosis, provide a detail treatment plan, and a timeline for your recovery.
Sessions at Rebuild physiotherapy will be an one on one appointment with a registered physiotherapist in a private treatment room. The initial appointment will be an interview to discuss your injury then a thorough physical exam. Right after your exam, you will have a comprehensive treatment to make sure you feel better that same day. Treatments will involve manual therapy which means “hands on” treatment. These are techniques to release tension from muscles, ligaments, joints, and nerves in order to restore mobility. Rehabilitative exercises are prescribed to strengthen body to improve function and prevent future relapse.
